By installing or using the Feedseeker Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Feedseeker is a browser extension that sorts Instagram posts based on visible performance metrics (likes, comments, engagement). The Extension operates locally on your device and does not transmit personal data to external servers.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Feedseeker, you agree to:

Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
Not use the Extension to scrape data in violation of Instagram's Terms of Use
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
Not use the Extension to violate the privacy or rights of others
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Feedseeker and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Extension without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not responsible for any issues arising from changes to the Instagram platform that may affect the Extension's functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedseeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or connection with your use of the Extension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feedseeker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
